Liam began his career in the financial sector, developing automation software and apps for major institutions like Deutsche Bank and Nationwide. A large focus was modernising to .NET based applications, solving technical challenges where automation and data exchange between platforms were critical to efficiency creation.
Transitioning into the public sector in 2018, Liam took on critical roles at the Department for Education and the Education and Skills Funding Agency, contributing to nationally important services like the Course Directory and Apprenticeship Payments platform. He's led backend infrastructure upgrades, supported migrations, and ensured stability in high-value systems handling billions in payments.
Now a permanent team member at Talent, Liam continues to bring and build on his technical expertise, problem-solving, and commitment to service continuity on complex digital programmes.
