Prior to us welcoming Faiyaz to the Talent Consulting team, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he led a rapid digital transformation for a health and safety exam board, transitioning the organisation from in-person exams to fully online delivery within weeks - a feat that saved the organisation and reduced operational costs.
Since joining us, Faiyaz's work at the Apprenticeships Service has involved leading payment systems transformation projects, delivering tangible value from the offset and enabling significant organisational shifts that will make big processes easier to handle for everyone involved.
