We have been working with West Mercia Police for some time, having placed their Head of Change and a subsequent team of 14 permanent hires in Security, Data & Solutions Architecture; along with Technical Delivery, Design & Technical Integration specialists, Business Analysts, Technical Support (3rd and 4th line) and Procurement.
They already knew we had access to specialist SMEs in tech and digital and asked us to support an upcoming £25m project that needed a flexible team who could be scaled to meet the demands of the project. The resources would be aligned to the e2e project lifecycle, from initial business engagement through build, applications, deployment, migration and support.

Managing a scalable multi-discipline project team
We work closely with West Mercia to ensure resources meet project outcomes through effective management of their deliverables. This is achieved through monthly and quarterly project resource reviews.
A RAG status report is updated weekly and monthly highlighting deliverables achievement, change control, risk and issues, and resource management (onboarding/offboarding, scheduled/unscheduled absence etc). This indemnifies risk of non delivery, ensures tighter cost control and creates visibility to all stakeholders involved.
